By accessing CutStock and purchasing digital design files, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Digital products
All designs are delivered as digital downloads. No physical product is shipped. Files are provided in formats such as SVG, DXF, AI, and CDR as described on each product page.
3. License & permitted use
Unless stated otherwise on a product page, purchased files include a license for commercial use on physical products you manufacture and sell. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the source files as digital products.
4. Payments
Prices are displayed in the site currency. We accept online card payments including Visa and Mastercard where available through our payment provider. All charges are processed securely at checkout.
5. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not offered once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, contact support within 7 days.
6. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
7. Limitation of liability
Design files are provided "as is". We are not liable for machine compatibility issues, production errors, or indirect damages arising from use of our files. Always test cuts on scrap material first.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
