What do I receive after purchase?
You get an instant digital download of the design files listed on the product page. No physical item is shipped.
Which file formats are included?
Most designs include SVG, DXF, AI, and/or CDR. Check each product page for the exact formats.
Can I use files commercially?
Yes — unless a product says otherwise, you may manufacture and sell physical products made from the files. You may not resell or redistribute the digital source files.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital downloads, refunds are generally not available after a file has been downloaded. Contact support within 7 days if you hit a technical issue.
Which machines are supported?
Files are intended for CO2 lasers, diode lasers, CNC routers, and similar digital cutters. Always test on scrap material first.
